[ANSTHRLD] Sumptuary laws circlets

It would be interesting if someone would research the sumptuary laws (or 
lack thereof) relating to the height, decoration, and composition of AoA 
circlets
as an IKA project.  I would but I'm occupied with writing four papers at the 
moment.
