[ANSTHRLD] Legal name and period name

Yeah, the level of difference should be fine.

But because the last part of the name is not her exact legal surname, it 
isn't eligible for the legal name allowance.  Instead <da'minguere> has 
to be documented just like any other name element in a regular name 
submission.

Just mentioning it because this is something that it's easy to miss.
