[ANSTHRLD] CoS Badge - knife orientation (was ISO Badge Graphic - Scribes Badge)

If you all decide it needs to be reblazoned, someone email
wreath at heraldry.ansteorra.org and remind me to put it in my list of
"reblazons to do". Otherwise I'm very very likely to completely
forget!
