[ANSTHRLD] CoS Badge - knife orientation (was ISO Badge Graphic - Scribes Badge)

Well, my thought is that if the image that ended up on the kingdom
website is wrong, then the blazon is probably unclear enough to warrant
a blazon change. Even if the current blazon is correct in technical
format, it seems that it can create confusion given the badge on the
website ended up being wrong. So, requesting a reblazon may not be a
necessary thing, but explicitly blazoning the position of the knife
could may help prevent confusion in the future.

(And, yeah, I just visually checked and Alasdair is correct - the blazon
on the website does not match the one in the emblazon Emma sent out.)

I have a vague memory of something similar happening with the
"Ansteorran Rose" in one submission at some point. I remember having to
dig through stacks of paperwork to figure out the position of the rose
on the originally submitted paperwork because it ended up being wrong on
a number of images that got drawn later.
