Other than the opinion you just read from Wreath there are no precedents on septfoils other than a 1984 ruling that involved a septfoil of oak leaves and bamboo vs a Japanese mon. Fat little help that is. Also nothing in OSCAR comments.

You just have to submit it and get commentary and a ruling. It's a exceedingly rare charge so there is nothing to go on.
