[ANSTHRLD] Submissions Rate

That would be something to do with the fill-outable PDF creation, and
I'm not at all sure you can actually do that. Research project for
someone, perhaps. :)

(I usually either manage to get lucky and print in the right spot on a
page so I can print directly onto a form, or do the old-fashioned
actual cut & paste and make a copy that way...)
