[ANSTHRLD] New Herald Appointment in England

In the recent edition of the College of Arms Newsletter (No. 33), it was 
announced that Peter O'Donoghue, Bluemantle Pursuivant was appointed to be York 
Herald.  Mr. O'Donoghue was one of the heralds who generously hosted the group 
of SCA heralds who visited the College of Arms, when the Shire of Thamesreach 
hosted the Known World Heraldic and Scribal Symposium a few years ago.
