[ANSTHRLD] Second Draft of Achievements Proposal Online

I'll start this by saying I haven't decided myself how I feel about
the proposal - but am very excited that people are talking about it
and that there is research being done on this.
Yes, the actual decision will be made by Crown and Star, but they do
not make that decision solely on their own minds.
Discussion has to happen - as long as everyone in the discussion
understands that things are still very much in the - "This is the
basic idea" stage and is subject to the final decisions of Crown and
Star.
To tell a group of heralds, including yourself Master Robin, to not
talk about something that may happen is a lot like telling grass not
to grow. You end up cutting it and cutting it but the stuff grows as
long as there is water. I'm not going to deprive the Ansteorran
College of Heralds the fodder for discussion especially when that
discussion is leading to a good amount of research into period
practice and excitement for what they are doing.
We can't decide if the Crown or Star or both will want change.
We can ready ourselves as a college and individual heralds of
Ansteorra to be prepared to answer questions and offer our opinions to
Crown and Star and any of those involved in the decision. And we can
play with the idea of what to do if certain changes take place.

do so. Nautilus has worked hard on his and its a document in change -
if you have an idea and want to write up a proposal of your own,
please do so and send it to me.
