I took a few moments to look at the Achievements that have been registered
in the OP. I did not do a detailed look just a quick count.

Not counting Branches we had 156 Achievements. I counted 57 Mottoes.
Since mottoes are reserved to Peers we have at least that many Peers, I
did notice a few people I knew to be peers who did not have a motto, but I
would say roughly 60% of those with registered Achievements were peers. I
also counted 89 sets of supporters, which would give us a bit less than 60%
being Nobles.

Since Peers and Nobles make up about 60% of those who have registered an
Achievement, and they make up a much smaller portion of the population of
the Kingdom, this could lead some support to the idea that people are
more likely to register when they get the motto and supporters. It
might also mean that by the time you have risen to that rank you are
more likely to be aware that you can register and Achievement.

My subjective impression browsing the list is that it was heavily weighted
toward old timers.

I'm not sure if this adds anything to the discussion, but I figured that if
I was interested enough to go look, someone else might be interested too.
