[ANSTHRLD] Fwd: Seeking PtoC - Enid

I have been in contact with her and she has agreed to do a Blanket 
Letter of Permission to Conflict.  Just have to work out the logistics 
of getting it from her.  After I get this from her I will forward it up 
to Bordure and Asterisk so Bordure can get it in the next LoI.
