[ANSTHRLD] Legal name question

Given name of place is certainly allowable.  Unless the new rules have 
changed it.  So Rhiannon of Adlersruhe should be fine if that is what is 
desired.

As for the other I am not 100% sure.  I would have to read through the 
new rules to see what they say for certain.
