[ANSTHRLD] Gazette and website updates

My apologies that it is so late in the month this time.  The Gazette has 
been emailed out and the CoH website updated with all the current 
documents (ILoD, ICC, etc).  If you have any questions or see any errors 
please let me know so I can address them.

Also, if you have sent me any issues or updates int he past, I should be 
current on everything so if I missed your update please let me know.  
There are a lot of pages to keep up as info is changed and while i try, 
it is very easy for things to get missed.
