[ANSTHRLD] Help with OSCAR from my Electronic Commenting class

Except for the OSCAR does the italics/underline with or without an HTML tag and deleting the tag doesn't get rid of the altered text. Editing also won't get rid of the altered text but ends up with your entire comment in italics or underlined (the altered text spreads to the entire comment).

An unprintable character code may get into the text and set this off or it may be something in the pasted text from St. Gabriel's articles. I don't know what causes it and I can't reproduce it at will. If I could, the bug would be exterminated.

Next time this happens I will try different HTML commends to see if that does anything.
