If you have a picture and can post it, it would help with blazoning
it.

Just to be sure: there is no "fess" on the device -- a horizontal
stripe stretching from left edge to right edge and in the other
dimension maybe 1/3 of the height of the shield?  It's just a sword,
point up, with rampant lions flanking it on either side?
