Glad you found the answer, but for those who might pose a similar question:

Most of the heraldic officers (with the exception maybe of local heralds) can be 
reached at an email address of <heraldic office name>@herald.ansteorra.org, i.e. 
asterisk at herald.ansteorra.org, zodiacus at herald.ansteorra.org, 
actuarius at herald.ansteorra.org, etc.
