[ANSTHRLD] A question per pall proper

When conflict checking a per pall field, do you get a difference from another device if the same colors are used but in different places in the pall division?  For example, per pall sable, argent and gules versus per pall argent, gules and sable?  Or what about per pall sable, gules and argent where one of the three colors occupies the same place?

One last question, on a per pall inverted field division, if you make the lines for the bottom field segment extend from the marks on the form, is this a good bottom third size or does it look to much like a point pointed on top of a per pale division?
