For what it's worth, under SENA, there is no "simple rules".  Even
under the old RfS, "simple" was frequently misunderstood as "*any* one
change clears conflict" which was not the case - only "substantial"
changes to the *type* of the primary charge group counted as a change
big enough to clear conflict on its own.  Under SENA, more kinds of
changes to the primary charge group can count as that kind of
big-enough change.

Since you're not changing the type, number, arrangement, or posture of
the demi-dragon, you need two DCs.
