[ANSTHRLD] Submissions changes

Greetings!

A new era is inching closer with Laurel's announcement that submissions
paper need no longer be mailed to Society. I have received a couple of
questions about how that impacts the Ansteorran College.

For now: please continue to send submissions in as normal with the copies
stated on forms.

Sara, Myself, Asterisk, and Bordure will be discussing possible changes to
our internal process. Once we have something, we'll report back to you!
