[ANSTHRLD] Heralds, scanners, and Coronation (gave up on avoiding misplaced modifiers)

I haven't seen Tostig's post yet but I thought I would ask this simple question.
Are you planning on using the Scanners onsite?  If so I would like to mention that there is very limited access to electricity on site.
