[ANSTHRLD] January Decision Meeting - Update

Schedule has changed since last I looked (I was teaching from 11-12 but it's now 2-4. Thank you for getting back the 2nd hour, Adalia).
The "Heralds Decision Meeting" is now in Room 3 from 1-2 and a "College of Heralds" at the same time in The Sanctuary. That means Room 3 will be vacant from 1-3, correct?

Look on-site for confirmation but...
On the schedule, the plenary meeting (called Heralds
Meeting) is scheduled at the same time as the Decision
Meeting. It is also at the same time as my class.
The plan right now is that I am reworking my class to be one
hour instead of two hours and the Decision Meeting will be
held in the second hour reserved for my class. So,
plenary is 1 to 2 in the sanctuary and decision meeting will
be held 2 to 3 in the chapel.
My class is targeted towards non-heralds so it conflicting
with plenary should not be an issue.
