Both serving and reserving.  There have been 4 Ansteorran Sovereigns
of Arms (Da'ud Laurel, Francois Laurel, Mari Pelican, Emma Wreath),
and so far the first three have served two terms in the same office,
albeit sometimes shorter the second time.  Emma has stepped down too
recently to suffer^W have to resume the duties yet, may Brunissende
prosper long.
