[ANSTHRLD] Decision Meeting

Hey gang,

Since this is a new process for us, I'd like to strongly encourage our
consulting and commenting heralds to participate in this meeting. It should
only take about an hour out of your day, Skype is free, and if we have
commenters and submitters participating together, we may be able to take
care of questions or clarifications more quickly.

I plan to be there. Who else is in for Saturday?
