I would look at a torse, an [ordinary], or a joscelyn wreathed [tinc1] and
[tinc2]
You can easily get two tinctures out of each of these.

Joscelyn and torse are circular, the joscelyn with four (a number of) bells.

A staff was attempted as wreathed
