[ANSTHRLD] October Decision Meeting

Righto!  The heraldic decision meeting will be held directly after stepping
down court, in a room to be announced that morning. As it is a sizable
letter, it is perfectly fine if anyone needs to come in late or leave
early. If I can get a rough headcount ahead of time, that will help the
event steward give us a large enough room.
