[ANSTHRLD] New Court Report Form starting this weekend

For all of you heralds who plan diligently to send a court report to
Zodiacus this weekend, here is the link to the new report form, courtesy
our own Lady Star.

Thank you again to everybody who sends in court reports! Remember, you do
not have to be the local herald (which many groups no longer have) or the
court herald on site (who have enough other obligations to deal with that
day) to complete a court report. Now that I've begun the process of keeping
only digital copies of court reports, space taken up by paper is no longer
an issue.

I look forward to seeing you all this weekend! Come witness SCA and
Ansteorran history in the making!
