[ANSTHRLD] Heraldry submitted at Gulf Wars

Good day, Ansteorran Heralds!

I have received the submissions from GW and am processing them for input
into OSCAR.  Some were complete except for final approval and payment.
Those will be the easy ones.  Others were more in the concept stage.  I
will be suggesting that those clients work with their local heralds to
finish up the submissions.  I will provide them with electronic copies of
the submissions as they currently stand and would be happy to provide those
files to you as well, with the client's permission since they have personal
information.
