[ANSTHRLD] E-mail addresses

Greetings from Eirik Halfdanarson,

At the plenary meeting yesterday I announced that I would be requiring all
heraldic and scribal offices to use an e-mail address that has ansteorra.org
in it. For local groups that would be herald at group.ansteorra.org and for
staff officers that would be office at herald.ansteorra.org. If you do not
have access to one of these accounts because the account has not been set
up, please e-mail server-admin at ansteorra.org and ask for the account to be
set up. I would like to see this fully implemented by Round Table this
summer.
