[ANSTHRLD] Herald warranting

OMG, it is absolutely ridiculous in this day and age that people have to
scan and send a picture of their membership card every time they renew.
When I was our local exchequer and responsible for chasing the entire
finance committee, I think I spent more hours bugging people about
membership than I did any other single part of the job, including balancing
the checking account and doing event reports, and that is just sick and
wrong.

If we can have waivers on file at corporate, we can also have notes on file
authorizing the release of current membership information to officers in the
reporting chain.  Perhaps this is an issue that should be brought up at the
next GOOFS meeting at Round Table, as it is a problem that affects all
offices across the board.

As I stated before, this is a list of officers who will not be warranted at
the July Round Table with all of the consequences of the office being
vacant. The reasons for not warranting them are below.

The heralds for the following groups will not be warranted due to membership
expiring:

Steppes, Gate's Edge, Loch Soilleir, Stargate, Hellsgate, Eldern Hills,
Namron, Northkeep.

The heralds for the following groups will not be warranted due to not using
the required e-mail address:

Gate's Edge, Bryn Gwlad, Eldern Hills, Northkeep,

These officers need to get the information updated and sent to their
regional by July 10th.
