[ANSTHRLD] Gulf War submissions

Greetings to the populace of Ansteorra.

As many know, weather caused some interruption to the planned process for
submissions at Herald's Point. I have been in contact with the Herald's
Point Coordinator who has all the submissions that were being worked on at
Herald's Point during Gulf Wars.

Those submissions belonging to Ansteorra will be sent to the Asterisk
Herald shortly. If you have a submission that was being worked on at Gulf
Wars, Asterisk Herald will be in contact with you to see that you have
viewed and approved the submission and to arrange for payment for the
submission. Please give her a week or so to receive the forms and begin
contacting submitters. If, after that time you have not been contacted and
you had a submission being worked on, you can contact her at
asterisk at herald.ansteorra.org.
