[ANSTHRLD] decision meeting

I don't know. I got a blank page (well, with the menu header) when I went
to that URL, but after clicking on "Ansteorra Home" and then scrolling down
to click on the letter itself, I got the letter to come up. With the exact
same URL.

I'm going to blame weird OSCAR tricks. :)
