[ANSTHRLD] Positions in the College of Heralds

Greetings,

It is my pleasure to announce that two of the open offices in the College
of Heralds are now filled. The new Bordure Herald is Elena Wyth, who was
the acting Bordure. The new Silent Herald Deputy is Bridget of
Mooneschadowe. Congratulations to both.

Ldy Vigdis's time in the office of Asterisk has come to a close and a
replacement is needed. Applications will be accepted until December 31,
2016 and there will be a transition period before the applicant selected
will be on their own.

Asterisk Herald is the Internal Submissions Herald and handles submissions
from local heralds. This position requires the ability to summarize
documentation, learn to use OSCAR, and computer file manipulation. Also the
ability to scan papers and place the images in OSCAR properly. You need to
be able to learn to do various tasks on the computer in a short period of
time.
