I know one or two of these off the top of my head, the rest will require
digging in files, which I'll do later tonight after dinner.

Elric de Netterville - he was not able to register the full name the OP
lists. He has not registered a device. (Baron of Raven's Fort)

Gyða in kyrra is in the process of registering a name and shifting this to
an alternate name
<Mýra Gyða> she is also working on a device registration. both are onthe
current XLOI.
Her old form cites <Dub Moire ingen Tadhg> as a name previously submitted
but not registerd.
Facebook Stalking tells me that <kolfinna in kyrra Otarsdottir> is NOT Gyða.
