Greetings,

I would like to thank HL Kenya Morgan Oulton for all the hard work she has
done as Solstice Herald. It has come time for her tenure to end and I
received applications from four very qualified applicants for this office.
I would like to thank all the applicants for their willingness to serve the
Kingdom in this office.

After some difficult consideration, I have appointed His Excellency Detlef
von Marburg as her replacement. I look forward to working with His
Excellency in the future.
