[Solstice Herald]

Greetings Good Gentles,

It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Robin de
Chantenay (Lord Robin Carrot) as the new harald of Bjornsborg.  He has
already shown great enthusiasm in taking on this office, and I am excited
to see this in a new member to the CoH.  I know that the College will be as
helpful to him in this new endeavor as you have all been to me in my years
as a herald at large.
