[ANSTHRLD] New Armillary Pursuivant

[Tressure Herald]

Greetings all,
I am pleased to announce that I have appointed Lady Sigrun de Birca as the
new Armillary Pursuivant.  This position is a deputy to Tressure Herald and
is responsible for maintaining and transporting the College of Heralds'
library of resource books.

I would also like to thank HL Goldweard of St. Golias for his service to
the college and the kingdom as the outgoing Armillary Pursuivant.  It has
been very much appreciated.
