[ANSTHRLD] April Ansteorran ILOI

Greetings Heralds!

The latest Ansteorran ILOI (the April ILOI) is now posted in OSCAR and
available for commentary.  You can view it here:

This is the first of two letters that include the submissions from the
Virtual Heralds Point (VHP) that took place in February, plus the few
submissions that were received in March.

This letter closes for commentary on May 8, 2021.

Any other submissions that are received this month will go into the May
ILOI that will publish in late April.  The May ILOI will also include the
remainder of the submissions that were received from the VHP.

Many thanks to all the heralds who helped with the VHP and regular
submissions this month.  You guys ROCK!
