Greetings Friends and Heralds!

 If anyone is experiencing difficulty getting toOSCAR tonight (and probably
in the next 24 hours), it is likely the result of the Board of Directors
issuing an update with a potential masking policy that Kingdoms may
incorporate for future events. As with most Board will announcements, the
load on the server is great, and that server also hosts OSCAR. So please be
patient, and definitely get those comments in! We always appreciate it.
