<P><FONT SIZE=2>In Elfsea we have for some time (the entire tenure of HL Darius as</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>Nautilus) had the practice of making sure that all our Field Heralds</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>were at least authorized as Non-Combatants. I know that I'm good,</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>being an Authorized Rapier fighter, and Combat Archer. In Elfsea, we</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>have authorized at the current time (off the top of my head) :</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>Darius, Mableth, Nicolette, Rosalia, Timothy, Crandall, Galen</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2>We also have an considerable number of people who fight in other</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>forms but are not active as Heralds on a day-to-day basis that can</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>help with Field heraldry at events.</FONT>
