<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I have been contacted by HE Dana Mac An Ghabhann about registering her Household name. What she desires is "House Mac an Ghabhann". She has told me that she has encountered problems with getting this through before, so my question to the College is as follows :</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">"Mac an Ghabhann" is already registered to Dana for some time now.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Per RfS section II.5 would she not be able to re-register this element, spelled exactly the same, herself for her Household?</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">If not, then is this viable as a name without this exclusion? (Not being an Onomastics guru I'm not sure but I heard something about genitive forms or such?)</FONT></P>
