<P><FONT SIZE=2>Once the ICC is completed it is mailed out to several people that need it </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>(Asterisk, Obelisk, Bordure, and a bunch more). If you want to receive it </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>(for whatever reasons), you can ask Retiarius to place your name / email </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>address on the list to receive it.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2>Currently, I am responsible for Retiarius' duties as the position is </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>vacant. So if you want to receive the ICC, just let me know. </FONT>
