HERB - Garden pests

I use a combination of garlic oil, pennyroyal, cayanne (red pepper), and
eucalyptus and it seems to even help against white flies, tomato bugs, and those
pincher bug things.  I mix one teaspoon each of the oils, one tablespoon of red
pepper, one tablespoon of Dawn dishwashing soap into one quart of warm water and
shake it till it foams and then put it into the sprayer.
