The old fashioned black marble copy books often have this information
printed inside the front or back cover. I use one to keep my herbal
notes in such as recipes, concoctions, catalogue wish lists etc and have
all the various equivalents right on hand. Nursing pocket references,
available at most book stores, will also have this info as well as metric
conversions which you could find useful if you are using US made
laboratory glassware for any of your distillations.
A drachm is the same as a dram.

As an aside, I surreptitiously found an old Country Living Magazine in a
waiting room this morning. It is from September '96. In it is a nice
little article on Roses which cites the name and address of a
grower/supplier which deals with antique roses. They are listed as
Heirloom Old Garden Roses, 24062 NE Riverside Dr., St. Paul, OR, 97137,
503-538-1567).

This magazine also has a large article on lavender including some
recipes. The recipes are for Lavender/sugar scones, lavender vinaigrette
dressing, and lavender frozen yogurt and a couple of others. .
