anyone have any good recomendations for landscape / garden design
software that meets the following criteria:

- windows based
- 32bit optimum
- win98 / nt4.0 compatible
- provides or interfaces to a plant database
- able to "age" the disigns to see what they will look like down the way
- a virtual walk-through mode would be a big plus
- able to recommend plantings based on user parameters (sun. shade,
  xeriscaped, soil, etc ...)
- able to inport / export design elements (bed outlines etc) from / to
        standard CAD / design programs
- gardening / landscaping tutorials a added plus
- not overly expensive

would prefer to design and build my ideas in the virtual before going to
expense in dollars or labour of putting in something that may or may not
thrive
