HERB - Herbs of the week (clary sage)

Clary sage surprised me with its huge leaves.  It does have pretty lilac
flowers. The first few leaves more or less lie down, the flowering stalk
goes up and looks like a giant version of common sage.
I used the leaves to flavor a wine that I liked very much indeed.
