I don't know the difference between fibromyalga and my own arthritis,
but when I began to take Vitamin E supplements for skin, the pain of the
previously inflamed joints did not recur in cold and damp.  This does
not help much with presently inflamed joints, nor does it help
everyone.  Vit. E is a fairly safe additive to take, so shouldn't hurt
her to try, if she chooses to do so.
