 you normally use  dry herbs and increase the amount for them if they are
fresh.  Mytle is a small bush with very spicy aromatic leaves.  It has
little cream colored flowers that bloom.
I've had a small bush of it for a while.  It's a little touchy in
Ansteorra.  Mytle is called in latin Myrtus communis, and it was
traditionally used ofr ulcers, loose joints, and fractures.  The leaves and
flowers were used for perfumery and you can use the fermented fruits for an
