Adopt them, paint numbers on them and organize races. This approach was
taken by a crew of bored officers and airmen at a Medical Airlift
Command Staging Facility in San Antonio, TX, when nothing else seemed to
work. The betting got kind of pricey. And we learned to live with the
bugs.
