HERB - yohimbe

Granted quick weight loss is not usually very healthy. But, from my own recent
experience of losing 40 pounds in 1 1/2 months there were no adverse side
effects of any kind. I was very energetic (still am for that matter), no
weakness, dizziness, etc. The weight is still coming off, too (I have about 20
more pounds to go), though a little more slowly now.

I've never tried yohimbe for weight loss, so don't know how effective it would
be. What I'm using, if anyone is interested, if a combination of kelp,
lecithin, B-6, and cider vinegar. I also eat whatever I wish, and drink plenty
of water, and my only real source of exercise is gardening (hard enough).
