...Or any other muscle-ache.  ALL muscle aches are caused by an excess of
fluid of one sort or another.  Bruises are excess blood & lymph fluid from
damaged cells & capillaries.  "Burning" muscles after a work-out are
likewise caused by microscopic damage to blood vessels & cells, leading to
excess fluids not being properly handled.  Ditto for aching feet.  A good,
hot soak in Epsom salts will help all of these.
