I can't imagine even looking in spinal fluid for arsenic! According to my
Toxicology book, "biological indicators of arsenic exposure are blood,
urine, and hair". Central nervous system involvement is only a problem with
chronic toxicity. 

As to sources, if you are not occupationally exposed, the next biggest
source is seafood. No specific types listed in my reference, but they
mention that workers being tested for As avoid seafood for 1-2 days prior
to testing.
